These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Loyalty Salary Advance Service (the "Service") provided to employees through their employer. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authorization of Salary Deductions
By requesting a salary advance through Loyalty Salary Advance Service App, you irrevocably authorize your employer to:
- Deduct the total repayment amount (including both the loan principal and any applicable interest or fees) directly from your monthly salary before payment is made to you.
- Make these deductions for all loans taken within the month until the full loan amount, including all accrued interest and charges, is fully repaid.
2. Deduction from Provident Fund or Terminal Benefits
If your employment is terminated, you resign, or leave the company abruptly before fully repaying your outstanding loan, you authorize your employer to:
- Deduct the remaining loan amount, including interest from any outstanding salary, bonuses, or allowances due to you.
- Deduct the outstanding loan balance from your Provident Fund or Terminal Benefits before any remaining amount is disbursed to you.
This authorization remains valid and binding regardless of the reason for your exit from the company.
3. Loan Request and Disbursement Process
- All salary advance requests must be made through the Loyalty Salary Advance ServiceApp or any official platform provided by Resolut Business Solutions.
- Salary advances are not subject to approval from a third party as far you fall within the loan threshold of up to 50% of your salary.
- Loan amounts disbursed will be credited to your nominated bank account during request.
4. Loan Repayment Obligations
- Loans taken within a month will be repaid in full directly by employer at the end of that month when salaries are being paid.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal and financial information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. All data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and managing the Service.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Resolut Business Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through your employer or via the Payflex platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the Service will be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2010 (Act 798).
By using the Loyalty Salary Advance Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions.
